Our resort offers leisure travelers a close summer escape featuring a sprawling outdoor waterpark, acres of indoor atrium gardens, and family-friendly activities created with safety and guest care in mind. In accordance with Marriott’s “Commitment to Clean” practices, the resort will provide enhanced cleaning technology, hospital-grade disinfectants, attendants dedicated to sanitizing frequently throughout the day, new social distancing protocols, and hundreds of new cleaning processes designed to keep guests safe while they enjoy the resort’s amenities.

County ordinances require face masks in all public areas, including when traveling to and from pool areas. Face masks are not required while eating or drinking in our restaurants and bars, or while inside our pools and water attractions.

Paradise Springs & Resort Pools

Paradise Springs Capacity
The Paradise Springs experience has been upgraded to implement new cleanliness and social distancing measures, while balancing the aquatic experience you’ve come to love.

Sundays – Fridays
Paradise Springs does not require reservations. Wristbands will be provided upon check-in to allow access to Paradise Springs.

Reservations are required on Saturdays and will be made in time block increments, 8am-12pm, 12:30pm-4:30pm or 5pm-9pm, based on availability. Reservations should be made in advance by calling 817-778-1000 or at the Paradise Springs help desk, upon arrival. Wristbands may be picked up at the Tour Bus Lobby at the time of your reservation.

There are three seating options available:
  • Private Cabanas: Unwind in comfort in one of our private cabanas providing extra shade, comfortable lounge seating, refrigerators, TVs and more! Booking a private cabana allows full day access to Paradise Springs. Please visit tickets.gaylordtexan.com to book, based on availability.
  • Upgraded Poolside Lounge Chair: Reserve an upgraded poolside lounge chair when you call to make your Paradise Springs reservation. Our agents can assist you with pricing and availability. Please call 817-778-1000 to make your reservation.
  • Choose a lounge chair upon arrival to Paradise Springs: Without cabana or poolside chair reservations, guests of Paradise Springs can enjoy a limited number of lounge chairs on a first come, first serve basis.
Please note, these options are based on availability and are subject to change based upon hotel occupancy.

Aquatic area attendants will be dedicated to regular cycles of guest touch point sanitization. There will be expanded distance between chaise lounge chairs to maintain social distance, allowing family units up to 6 people together. Sneeze guards will be installed at towel desk/kiosks. Lounge chairs will be spaced out and/ or removed from service, and cloth chair cushions will be removed. Chaise lounge chairs, cabanas, and lazy river tubes will be sanitized.
